Characteristic
1.This machine can push the book automatically,cutting the corner automatically,push the finished book away automatically,which will improve the efficiency twice than normal cutting machine.
2.This machine is control by PLC,touch screen,can cut the round corner very well,easy to change the cutter.
3.This machine use the special high-accuracy cutter. which use the technology of chromium steel for bottom cutter,it will not have the situation of bottom paper can not cut well.
Working process
1、Feed the book by manual.
2、Push the book automatically.
3、Push the book from right side to make sure all four side has been push tightly, then the cutter will go down to cut.
4、After cutting and push part will also go back to origin position, then the lef push part will push the finished book to the belt.
