HB-520PBF Automatic Double Loop Wire Punching, Binding and Forming Machine was researched and developed for the first time in China which combine the machine type HB-520PB with the double loop wire forming machine, which make us can control the quality of double loop wire, and also reduce the cost of the double loop wire at least 50%. This machine is also the exclusive machine that combine the five processes together, the only machine that can solve the problem that the cover is bigger than the inner paper to make the whole book punching and binding together.
The machine has above ten items of patent for invention, which can improve the eficiency above 80%, it can produce the product at high speed, such as desk calendar, hanger calendar, notebook, instruction bookand so on.
1.The machine can automatic feed the book, automatic punch one book several times, automatic punch the cover and inner paperseparately, automatic adjust the hole, automatic bind, automat-ic receive the book.
2.The machine only need 1-2 general man to operate.
3.High quality of punch mould, it can punch at most 6mm , which can add the oil automatic. One mould has two sides with two sizes of the hole, it can use as new mould for four times, which makes the mould can be used for ten times of life than the normal mould.
4.lt just need one minute to change the mould size.
5.The machine can recognize the book that the cover is bigger than the inner paper ,then punch it separately.
6.The machine don’ t have much strict demand at the quality of the double loop wire, it can adjust the double loop wire automatic.
7.The function of forming the double loop wire automatic reduce the cost of wire at least 50%,which make the factory can controthe quality of wire efficiently.
