What are the precautions for a single-coil binding machine?

Single Coil Forming Binding Machine Equipment Features: 1. Shapes solid wires such as nylon-coated wires or galvanized iron wires into single coils (metal spirals) and binds them onto a book at the same time. 2. For coils with different inner diameters, different molds/tooth pitch strips can be replaced to complete the forming and binding process. 3. Coil forming and book binding are completed simultaneously, which is efficient, convenient, and fast. Post-press binding is an important part of the printing and publishing industry. Binding machines, depending on different paper types and printing processes, are used for loose-leaf books, such as books, notebooks, and desk calendars. Currently, the office binding machines available on the market mainly include hot melt binding machines, double coil binding machines, wire ring binding machines, strip binding machines, financial binding machines, etc. Below is a brief introduction to the precautions when using a binding machine. 1. Adjusting the paper margin: The principle is to determine the margin size according to the diameter of the coil. The method is to use the adjustment screw (installed at the back of the binding machine) to set the scale to achieve the desired margin. The rule is: the larger the coil diameter, the larger the paper margin; the smaller the coil diameter, the smaller the paper margin. 2. Hole punching operation method: ① Arrange the paper neatly, align it against the positioning block, and feed the paper parallel into the machine until it reaches the stop. ② Press the paper with your left hand, hold the handle with your right hand, push down until the blade penetrates the paper, then lift the handle. ③ Use both hands to smoothly remove the punched paper. If the paper gets stuck, repeat pressing the handle down and then lifting it to remove the paper. 3. Coil binding method: Depending on the number of sheets, choose coils of different specifications. Slowly push the handle upward to open the coil, insert the paper holes into the coil, then slowly pull the handle back so that all the coil teeth are inserted into the paper holes. Pull the handle to the end to tighten the coil, and the binding is complete.
